Large vintage group of 1940's WW II World War 2 Two and other stationary items. Six combination red and white envelope and letter packets in a large red, white and blue envelope marked "United States Official V - Mail Envo-Letters, Wessel's, 12 Combination Sheets And Envelopes, For Rush Photographic Mail To Our Armed Forces Overseas, No. 112 - The Pursuit, Product Of Stanley Wessel & Company, Chicago". All 6 unused fold open Envo-letters are in excellent condition. The outer envelope shows storage wear as pictured. One group of 23 blank letters with politically incorrect cartoons in the corners as pictured. There are 5 different cartoons with each cartoon having 2-7 sheets for a total of 23 sheets. The original banding is marked "Armed Forces Stationary, 48 Sheets, 24 Envelopes". Four sheets show damage to the right lower corners. Four 8 1/2" by 11" letter sheets with an Iwo Jima background. Thirteen
8 1/2" by 11" letter sheets with an Iwo Jima background and with a gold USMC United States Marine Corps logo graphic at top center. One plain "Via Air Mail" envelope. One "Via Air Mail Correo Aereo Par Avion" envelope. One "Holger Danske Hotel, 1 King Cross Street, Christiansted, St. Croix, American Virgin islands 00820" envelope.
