All sales are final. We may accept returns if the item is substantially different from how it was described in our listing. You are responsible for the shipping cost of returning the item. If your item is damaged or lost, a claim needs to be filed with the carrier. Please contact us and we will assist with the filing of the claim.
Although we have a smoke and pet free environment, we also work with exotic and endangered animals, and on rare occasions a hair or two from these animals may inadvertently be transferred to your order.
