New revision 7/21/2019.Attention!
I am very well aware that some people are copying my kits and listing them as their own ideas, insinuating in their listings that their kits are better, that their capacitors are "fresher". Bullshi*!! Many name brand companies are not making axial caps any more and have not for years, mine are custom made and "super fresh", beat that! While the list of parts to repair boards is not proprietary, don't be fooled!!! Make sure you are getting the correct parts. Make sure you are getting all the parts to fix your board. You will see their listings are a copy and paste of mine with a few words changed, they don't even bother to change the font! Maybe they didn't do their research and some of my parts listed are purposely incorrect!?!?! People that simply copy others work are shysters and those who do not understand electronics are going to make mistakes, I already have spotted some. Big Daddy has been making and selling quality kits for 20+ years. Buy from someone that knows what they are doing and whom you can trust,
that does his OWN research
, and supports the pinball community. I have personally reviewed over 100 boards and compared what Gottlieb produced as well as what is on the schematics. Please see notes below if you have any questions.

Make your power supply more stable with a fresh set of capacitors!
1 ea. 4700uF/35V Axial Electrolytic Capacitor (C1) - Note 1
1 ea. 470uF/10V Radial Electrolytic Capacitor (C3) - Note 2
1 ea. 1000uF/35V High Temp Radial Electrolytic Capacitor (C4) - Note 2
1 ea. 47uF/50V Radial Electrolytic Capacitor (C5) - Note 2
1 ea. 220uF/160V Axial Electrolytic Capacitor (C6) - Note 2
1 ea. 47uF/100V High Temp Radial Electrolytic Capacitor (C8) - Note 3
2 ea. 1uF/50V Radial Tantalum Capacitors (C9 & C10) - Note 4
C2, C7, C101 and C201 are ceramic capacitors and are not included here as they rarely go bad.
Note 1: Factory was 2900uF/30V. A higher value is needed for reliability and stability.
Note 2: Matches or exceeds factory specs, some repair sites suggest higher values with no reason given.
Note 3: Factory was 10uF/100V on early boards, 10uF/160V on later boards. Since the voltage here rarely exceeds 65 volts, a 100V cap is suitable and a 47uF cap provides better filtering.
Note 4: C9 & C10 are 1uf tantalum capacitors and are only found on later boards. If you have problems with your 60 volts, these failing may be the cause. Will be red as shown or yellow
Identifying boards:
Older boards are usually green, have a 10uF, 100V capacitor at C8, do not have C9 & C10, are often ink stamped 1978 or 1979 upside down on the top of the mounting plate, and use the dime size silver trimmer pots. These do not normally need replaced as they are sealed. On the upper left of the board they are usually marked with a number similar to 41-062A or 41-062B. 'A' versions have a resistor, ceramic cap and diode mounted at a diagonal near J3.
Newer boards are green or yellow, have a 10uF/160V capacitor at C8, capacitors C9 & C10 on either side of C8, are ink stamped a date code on the lower left corner of the board with a 4 digit number such as 7902, 7908, 7917 etc. The also use the smaller blue trimmer pots. The mounting plate is stamped "PX 2188" in the upper left corner.
In either case, this kit will work for both, for early boards the tantalum caps are not used.
