During summer months, this may partially melt and re harden during shipping.
Although this may make it a bit more difficult to work with, it does not impact the wax in general and it will still make candles as normal. I have had to melt wax several times during candle making processes, the candles turn out normally.
The following is the same in all our listings, please read this before placing your first order with us!
We DO NOT pre portion our bulk herbs. We portions orders daily and make sure that all inventory follows the "First in, first out" rule.  This allows us to maintain lower overall inventory levels, which helps in maintaining the freshest inventory possible. This is why we back the quality of our products for at least 12 months from the date of purchase.
We package nearly all of our "loose" herb orders (capsules are different) in resealable Zip Lock style portion bags and hand write the product information on the label. Exceptions are made for very large portions. We reserve the right to portion these into a much a larger bag and secure with twist ties. Generally this is for portions over 5lbs but this varies depending on the herb. All packages are shipped in nondescript packaging that does not disclose the contents of the product (unless required by domestic or international law). We have also enabled the "allow buyers to remain anonymous" in all of our listings.
Please make sure your shipping information is correct before finishing your order. Once an order is placed it is directed to our shipping process and can not be changed or canceled. Orders will only be shipped to the address provided at the time of purchase.

help us quickly look into any shipping issues. If you need to know things like country of origin (our sources can change depending on the time of year), or how many cups of "X" herb is in a pound, or other very general questions, we are happy to help! We try to answer emails at least once per business day!
However, our products are used in a wide range applications. Each them with unique variables that should be considered on a case by case basis. We can not be an expert in every one of the possible application our hundreds of herbs might be used for, nor can we safely account for the variables in each specific situation. Therefore we do not provide usage advice of any kind. This includes questions like:
Does X work as a fertilizer in my garden?
Does X lower blood pressure?
Can I use X in a Wiccan or other religious ritual?
Does X make good incense?
Does X work well for dying clothing?
Will X treat my dog's arthritis?
How much of X should I take?
