**Wax is shipped 1st Class Mail (currently it is taking 3-7 business days for 1st class mail delivery) - if you would like your order shipped Priority Mail (1-5 days for delivery), please add the upgrade to your order (only one upgrade is required per order).  Priority MAIL WILL NOT BE USED UNLESS YOU ADD IT TO YOUR CART.   Also, tracking of 1st class mail by USPS is not very reliable lately.  We are shipping all orders within 24 hours (M-F) and even though UPS may show it as "pre-transit", we have delivered it to USPS and can not be responsible for delayed delivery- sorry.
