20 WWII Letters 491st Bombardment Family War Old WW II Papers VTG Lot WW11 WW2

Description

An original lot of around 20 World War Two related letters that belonged to John Russell who was in the 491st Bombardment Group. I only read through of few of the letters so I'm not completely sure who wrote them. I think most may have been written by John Russell to his father John Russeel Senior, although I'm not completely sure.   I think most were written when he was a civilian. 4 are from 1946, the rest are from 1940 to 1945. I currently have other items listed that belonged to this individual.
I have not had the time to read through all of these letters so I'm not familiar with the contents.
