    Description

    Original Historical Document from 1942
    Tennessee Board of Pharmacy Certificate
    With Purple Seal
    Very Nice Frameable Condition
This is very old so please look at pics carefully
Paper is yellowed with age.  When I found this it was folded and you can see where in the pictures.  It would flatten out nicely if framed.
This certificate was granted to J. Henry White of Jackson, Tennessee registering him as a pharmacist for 1942-1943.  I can't make out all the names but it looks like Phil?? P. Vance (or France)  President,  J.J. McAdams(??) Vice President,  Ralph O-Reaves, Worth B Powers, and (??) Taylor (?).  It's also signed by the secretary but I can't make out the name.
The Purple Seal reads TENNESSEE BOARD OF PHARMACY 1893.
